I don't think a lot of that sort of stuff correlates well into real life terms....I mean, the benefits of a glass of red wine a day etc. are constantly touted....but the people who drink wine in that manner are usually not using it to cleanse their palate and wash down a McFatburger Massive & Me...

I tried to tell a friend of mine who "battles with his weight". Either he didn't want to know, thought I was lying, or he thought I was having a dig at him.

I've heard it before. There is good science behind it and the way the body reacts to the sweetners they use.
