Re: The new improved fitness thread
... as expected it's been harder to move from 85kg. Ideally I want to be 80kg but I'll see how I feel. Losing weight has been good but I feel skinny, even though I'm not. There's still weight to be lost. It's a hard to put in to words. I'm going on a walking holiday in October with a mate. The plan ...

... my teams situation yet was still impressing upon me that I must get it done on time. There's no fecking way and it was super tight to the deadline even if I was left to do only that. Oh... yesterday my Manager was also chasing me for work. Get fvcked! He rang me just before the end of my shift ...

If Prigozhin was on the plane. I don't think it's been confirmed. Even if it does get "confirmed" that he was one of those on the plane who died, it may be difficult to know how accurate that confirmation is.? Fwiw if I had been Prigozhin , I would ...

Sat at home with Covid. I've been feeling weak as a kitten since Wednesday. I had had a choice of 3 ride outs to go on today. I don't think I've got the strength to even hold my bike up.

... That is the only negative with the bike, I was giggling like a loon once the mileage ticked past 250 and I could open her up a bit further as even at half throttle the front end gets light :D

A very cold ride in to work this morning. We even had freezing fog in Warwickshire. It felt more like the start of October.

... giving it a go, but I do tend towards a torque laden engine rather than a high revving one... The only 4 cylinder bike I truly miss is the MT-10 even though it was a thirsty beast it had the low down grunt and the high end power when you wanted it. If I get room for 2 bikes in my life I will ...

If you're saying the Gen 3 was even more like that then I definitely won't want one Geb3 poor build quality and beyond numb, being able to make a 200bhp + superbike boring is quite ...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?
LOL, no... I (personally) think that there is more than adequate pavement width remaining in front of my bungalow. Even if any of them used mobility scooters or wheelchairs (which they don't) there is enough space. Besides which, they are hardly "hemmed in" by my bordering ...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?
There's plenty of room on the road. Sorry, but I disagree. If I park on the road, even tight up against the kerb, the remaining highway is too narrow for a normal car to pass comfortably*. Delivery vans, or the council bin lorry not at all without having to mount ...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?
... one of your pavement parkers.: So when I go there I usually park half on the road and about 2' on the pavement. That way vehicles can drive past (even the council bin lorry) and pedestrians can also walk past (albeit with only 2' of tarmac, so not side by side holding hands).

A fuel tank at 5000psi...??
And you have to sit with your balls right next to it???
Nope. No thanks. Not even if hell froze over.
You might as well just ride with a live handgrenade stuffed inside your undies.

Chicken stir-fry, and I even cooked it from scratch myself.
I enjoy cooking about as much as I would enjoy having all my teeth extracted with no anaesthetic with a rusty spoon.
