Re: Techcote Chain Cleaner

Looks like my kind of product! I'm still yet to give the Multi a clean (blush) but the chain still looks sweet, justvthe every growing collection of bugs I should see too sooner than later.

Re: Bike change maybe?

Cheers Frankie Had a look at them online, but being a European bike they are rather pricey here and support would be harder. I've pretty much narrowed it down to a WR450 2012 onwards model. They had a revamp in 2012 incl. lighter frame, fuel injection. The WR'a can be rego'd (MOT) which is important...

In Aust/NZ generally when you get fish and chips you're fish fillet will be flake (shark meat). Some of the upper market f'n'c places with have hoki, snapper, dory etc on offer as well but you'll pay a premium for it

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

The ex got back from her trip and to her credit decided she did want to see the kids if only for a couple of hours. So with an unexpected kid free half day Jess and I jumped on the bike. Just sitting having a cider at the pub.

Re: My trip in Thai, Phuket on Yamaha MT-07

Hi Alex, Bike sounds great.. Having spent a reasonable amount of time in Thailand away from the tourist traps I know the traffic laws are rarely adhered too and the behaviour on the roads is chaotic at best. But I'm going to put my dad hat on and say there's a time and a place for going fast and thr...

I couldn't decide last night, so I had Hendricks, Botanist, Apostoles Mate, Forty Spotted gins last night. It's pretty nice having a range of good gins to choose from!

Stop being sensible Kiwi ;) There will always be black ops and nightshift jobs or the world would stop turning (happy) Not where I am anymore. It's got rediculous. If a job is done under a WOrk Order the completed and signed EOD had to be scanned and attached to that before close out. If it's a rou...

Yeah I realise that mate just think its mental tbh. Our work's is just the same in fairness, but if we come across a small issue like that which has minimal real world value we may tell someone to look the other way or go for a cup of tea and thinks will be resolved when they return ;) I was the sa...

Back when I did all my off-road riding all my bikes bar the last one were 2 strokes. But they just don't seem to be around 2 hand here unless they are thrashed out ex race bikes.
