Re: 2014 Kawasaki Z1000SX ongoing review
The plan when I bought this bike was to keep it for a couple of years then replace it with another commuter before the constant riding caught up with the bike. Because I didn't intend to keep and because the bling should have been going on the zx6r the z1000sx was going to stay ...

Re: Yamaha price increases
There isn't much competition left now though and it's probably going to be the best 600 you can buy. Hopefully people buy it or it could be a long time before another manufacturer puts money into developing another. The 2013 on 675R was nearly 11k new.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Woman had some sort of seizure/fit in the street as I was coming out of the bakers , stayed with her and got an ambulance called .
Another woman got a blanket and a cushion from her car for her , it was all a bit disconcerting , I've never seen or had to deal with anything like that before .

Well my view, and I watched it a number of times was the red pick up did nothing wrong. Indicated with plenty of time before his manoeuvre and obviously was paying attention to what was happening ahead of him. Mean while the bike was only focused on the pick up with no positioning ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread
I think it's something to do with the angles of the machines and how they apply the force.
Back in Qatar a couple of years ago (before I buggered my shoulder) I could get over 400kg on the free weight leg press machine there.
Haven't come anywhere near that on any other machine.
Sadly.
