Looks good kwacky! Will work a treat that bud! Nath had it done on his gsxr k6 1000 before and I had 4 sessions at Cadwell and 2 at aintree, same spring and revalve done, it handled sublime, nearly as good as the 675 [emoji106]

Getting smashed. Passed my Emergency Team Lead assessment and got qualified, now catching up with some work mates before I get the red eye back to Sydney. Got a points upgrade to business in a A330 which is the lay flat capsule so gong hard!!!

Bloke in a range rover jumped a red light near where I live. I had words but it wasn't nasty - I couldn't get cross with a bloke who sounds like Kevin Turvey. He told me I was riding in the "coroner's corridor". A phrase I've not heard before.

Finally hauled my fat arse off the sofa tonight and managed a run.
Started to enjoy it, despite the wind, and seem to be able to hold a sensible pace. Need to get at least one more run in before Friday as I have a 10 mile race on Sunday.

People who use their windscreen washers when you are behind them, they have all the time in the world, but leave it until you are behind them before they use them. Not so bad if the fluid went onto the screen, it misses that and covers me instead!!! Arghh... so angry I could crush a grape.
