That was Marlborough, ah yes add that to my list as well ha ha....Plus I have found a very nice road, close to this one as well. which combining with a few other cracking roads will take you to the place above.... and creates my own mini IOM run lol

Re: Tankslap Meeting Places

I liked the cafe that we went to on the south side of Wantage, just towards the top of the hill on the road that heads to . No idea what it was called but it was a Frankie ride out..

Sure there is many others I liked, just can't remember them now or just can't remember where they are (faceplam)

Re: Tankslap Meeting Places

There is a tea and coffee shop in Cleobury North on the B4364 about half way down. I've meant to stop there a number of times but never quite got round to it. Its set back off the road and looks to have plenty of parking. I have seen bikes stopped there before.

Re: My new Rocket Ship

Here you go Rocket, spend 150 more and have a set of discs and wheels complete.

One set for winter / damp road conditions and another for sunny days and track days.

Ebay item number.

Re: Very Cheap Tyres

If I could swing it a Multi would be my only road bike quite easily and the ZX10R for going spastic at the track. Just can't spend that sort of money atm and I've gotta get the bloody triumph done!

Spudda, it's been a tough road and hopefully the end of treatment and a positive conclusion is on the horizon soon. My thoughts are with you and anyone else going through this terrible disease. Try and stay strong but even you need time ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Sounds good Nutz I take it the larger tyre is a 190/55 ???. Yes, it is... And TBH I don't think we're too far off the same riding pace on the road. I remember following you over the mountain section of the IOM a couple of years back, that was after Kwacky had stormed past me. It's also worth ...
