Re: Guy Martin injury update

I really wanted to get back to work after my off. My boss thought I was made, but I needed a distraction and some normality. Fair play to Guy, he's getting his head around what happened. The psychological impact can be harder to deal with than the physical injury. I had some very dark days when ...

As did getting rid of Gaddafi, supporting the' Arab spring' and turning a blind eye to Syria.

I often wonder quite what dealing goes on beyond closed doors amongst politicians that actually justifies the shit they cause.

Rib eye with garlic green beans, carrots and orzo salad. The local butcher will now be getting my business, much better value than a supermarket.

Re: Opinions please on all bikers most favourite topic

Given the mileage I got from my front m7rr I reckon that alone would cover any savings you might make from keeping your current tyre.

I am getting 2 rears to every front tyre with these Metzlers. so another factor is whether you're going to be out of sync if you keep your current front tyre.

... I want to try another one out. But I also don't want to buy a pair when I know there's still life in one of the tyres! I'm a tight git and only getting tighter with old age but safety is paramount, so in 2 minds at the moment. Thanks for your thoughts

Re: Opinions please on all bikers most favourite topic

If you use your bike through the winter I can't recommend getting a tatty set of wheels and putting some touring tyres on them enough. Keep your good wheels for the summer with a set of snots on them.
