Had a BBQ 350g rare steak with trimmings last night at a friends house, best bit of steak I've had in years but way over my normal intake

So this morning I missed breakfast and spent it doing what bears do in the woods.

Hunters chicken potatoes and veg

Fish and chips

Meh. Reverse incline crunches > Not eating/throwing up.

Personally speaking, of course.

I have already offered Kwacky chicken soup elsewhere.

Tune in again tomorrow, when Kwacky and will I answer another one of life's big questions!

A very nice M&S thai chicken meal soup thing. It's really good.

My best breakfasts used to be in Amsterdam - a glass of water, a shot of vodka and a double espresso. Then time for food

Breakfast of kings, Kwacky. Kings and champions.

No banana for me but porridge and coffee so far today.
