Managed 10x200kg on third set of leg press so time to up that weight.
Right arm and shoulder was playing up though so went very light on the weights for those exercises

... as they keep all of you hand warm rather than just the palms from grips. Having very limited experience with either i would not know. They're right. If you're riding more than a few miles, the grips will be fine for the bottom of your hands, but the front and your fingers will still suffer. ...
