Going to check my service schedule now as I think mines 15k and on all other Honda's I ve owned was 16k.

Tbh I did the valves on my B1 at 7.5k when the schedule was 15k and it needed 8 adjusting.

... or decline barbell chest press isn't too bad but I can't press much as the shoulder is weak. 50kg is about my limit. But there are loads of other chest exercises to do so I'm not really bothered.

Perhaps one mate had HA 530 sprocket from Renthal and the other mate had a 520 non hard anodised sprocket from Talon and then unfairly claimed Talon were crap.
