TBH Kwacky there is probably only you who will be bothered.

Never had any issues myself and speaking to others it seems a rule which is not rigidly enforced much like the HI VIS vest bullshit and breath analyser rules.

If you've got shiny new affordable housing, personally I'd like to see them given to people on low incomes who currently live in poorer quality housing, but keep it clean and tidy. just because you've got very little money doesn't mean you have to live in filth and untidiness.

It was. Update from my neighbour who was on th4 rideout... 7000 bikes, apparently. Holy cow!!! Points I took away from today? Well, my kids liked pointing out orange bikes and fluffy Elmo helmet covers, but after half an hour they're bored ...
