... Planned to wash the bike - planned to go out on the bike - Did sod all, to be honest I was ready for a little 40 winks when I got back. Pleased to say, considering yesterday was hard going, my body was not as bad as before... well happy with that. And managed over 10 miles walking today.

Fixed the truck (torsion bar snapped)
Took kids and dog for a walk in the Cotswolds and did a bit of green laning then went to the pub
loads of middle aged blokes out on big dual purpose bikes down the green lanes and I have to say riding like twats so good bye byways in the not to distant future
