Re: Sunday 17th May - Wales Ride out
... great to see everyone again. Some brilliant roads and some great company. My first time on the legendary 483, it was OK however I would have to say I personally enjoyed the A44 more. There way no way I was going to be able to keep up with Doctor Rocket though ;) ;) All in all a good day..

Re: GMP unmarked HGV
I agree with the zero tolerance approach, it helps clear it up for the people that may have 1 or 2 with a meal then also. It's much easier to say if you drink anything at all, don't drive. Which is also my approach. I had a beer with my dinner tonight so the trip I needed to make to the shop ...

I haven't had any first hand experience with your pipe Blade, but as long as the noise isn't ridiculous I'd go baffle out, I'd say it's the way the pipe is designed to run.
I'm glad we don't have noise limits at the track cause my 10 wouldn't pass ever!

Re: Dash cams
I would say it's not so bad on the flats generally as they keep up a good pace mostly and just cause a minor inconvenience but I once got stuck behind a peloton on twisty, hilly country lanes which was a nightmare. I think it ...

Tyres have both arrived now and have to say good service from Tyre leader.
Plenty of emails on tracking data and arrived all OK. There 2015 tyres as well not old stock as some stuff on eBay is.

Blade , not sure if I misunderstood any of the preceding but are you going directly from Raven to Newtown ? If so I would say that is quit a long run and pretty dull in many parts. My suggestion would be Raven to Craven Arms, down A49 plenty of fast stuff, 40 mins max. Meet Kwacky and ...

That's what I thought too.
Must be the arrival of the 1299 driving prices down, but still a mega deal as you say.

Re: Bargain 1199s
Hard to say its cheap but great price IMO. With the extras this is a £24,000 bike when brand new, which means its lost £8500 in just a year. Probably more as the guy says open to offers. Duke you need to sell a kidney mate, sorry ...

I am a little worried
... I don't know if it's down to me commuting on a bike now, but the weekends seem to be full of some extreme riding, for what I have seen and as I say heard from my garden! Or am I just becoming an ol fart! (No replies required)
