I really REALLY hate to do this, but I have to agree with DD41 wrote:Alien 3.

My energy levels are fine even though I'm missing days on end of sleep,it's the pain that's getting to me and every day I have a new inflammation or strain somewhere on my body

... too because mine dropped significantly when my ANA was tested positive. B12 and Vitamin D - both of which are massive fatigue boosters and make it even harder on your body to cope with what else is wrong. Fingers crossed this all gets sorted for you bud - you must be exhausted

Re: Is nodding dying out?
Same as me. If I'm not able to stop I'll give the thumbs up to make sure they're ok.
I've stopped on the bike and in the car to make sure a biker is ok. I've even done it for a car driver when I was on the bike.
Treat others the way you want to be treated is a good way to live IMO

Re: What ails you today?
FYI, I felt myself wanting the codeine even when I wasn't in pain - I've never been addicted to anything but I'm pretty sure I was very close to becoming addicted. Even though I was still needing the painkillers from time to time I stopped taking ...

Re: Is nodding dying out?
... There was a letter sent to BIKE magazine a while back about a guy that was broken down and not one biker who went past offered any assistance or even asked what was wrong. Then the next month a person responded to the letter saying bikers are not the AA and he should not expect anyone to stop. ...

Re: Is nodding dying out?
... be making. Reespect and courtesy seem to be dirty words these days. How many times do we wait to be let out of a junction by a line of traffic and even though they can go no further than say 10 yards past you before coming to a halt, they still don't stop to let you out. Some even completely block ...

They've done it before.
And even released tracks where only one of the members was actually playing on it.
It's common practice in the music biz to do stuff like that.
Oh wait....I get it now...

... per rideout didn't return the nod. No consistent group dynamic was ignoring me either, I was blanked by Harleys, sports bikes, adventure bikes, even learners FFS. I'm sure they can't smell me from that far away, so why no nod? Not counting the mid-corner ones obviously. One thing I did notice ...

Yep....there was a lad at Cook's awhile back on a stretched 'Busa putting out some silly BHP....and not even close to the bike in that link. It was good for layin' down rubber, and not much else. The guy told me he couldn't even take it down Live Oak because of the switchback ...

There's a new one coming out next year, so this one is only about 15 quid on Amazon.
Even if it only lasts a couple of weeks with the boy it's worth it.
