Very true.....I think ARAI is the main manufacturer doing that....or the only one, IIRC. I know that I tried one and it fit like crap even though ...

Some manufacturers have upto 4 different shell sizes for the same helmet dependent on head size / fitment. Perhaps HJC and Nolan differ at what size they go up a shell size if that makes sense. It is a noticeable difference though.

... you get a move on. The shape of the shell is almost teardrop so I guess it's something to do with that. The drop down sun visor isn't very dark though.

Here you go, side by side photos. You can see that the Nolan is much wider which allows them to get more padding in. There's very little between them in weight though.

I LOVE cleaning my bike... a few times a year. Really though, it's just frustrating - I love having a clean and shiny bike but the effort that goes into it and the amount of time it stays clean doesn't warrant cleaning it. 1 ride to Usk and back results ...
