... fine earlier. But of a google and others have had this problem, a update on the Tomtom seems to be the fix. All in all a good weekend on the bike. Next trip I'll have to up the distance now Jess is getting comfortable on the back. IMG_5399.JPG

It's had to get on a BBS event as most of them are regulars who book as soon as a date is announced. Everything I've heard about their events is positive.

I too would like to do one. I had one booked a couple of years ago but family events took over.

Maybe next year.

Rocket you are having a fab year with your trips!
Im going to try popping a little bit away each week for a trip with BBS for next year. I've been wanting to go to one of Gary's trips for years and dam it I got to get on it!!

It's a 160 on the rear. I'm wondering if I should try a 170 when I get the next set of tyres, just to see what the change is like.

Spanked it, got very wet, found some more dry roads and spanked it again, then got proper wet.

Got home and washed it.



Note to self, next time the weather looks a bit iffy WEAR GORTEX !!!

Last strength session yesterday, muscle groups are tired so I was surprised to achieve 95kg for 3 reps on the Bench Press. Once I'd worked up to 95kg I subsequently did 90kg for 3 and 85kg for 3.

Weekend off now for recovery then into high intensity next week
