"Order"????
Nonsense....I'll have my personal cordwainer throw a pair together in next to no time. In a fashionable shade of black, I think.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Spent the day sorting the pool and now have my daughter and 7 of her friends in there enjoying my labour. I’d say it’s going to get a thrashing over the next week with the current forecast.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Jess had a couple of days off midweek (due to being rostered on every weekend for the next 3 months) so with a beautiful warm day we did a hike in the Blue Mountains down to a secluded swimming hole. Gorgeous spot and the water temp was bang on! Pity it was a 200m ...

The end of a special era. He seemed very relaxed in his interview with Suzi. I think the pressure coming off him will really help next season. I reckon he'll be back in the top six.

My dad had to have a dog put down recently. It's his birthday next week. I took a photo of the dogs the last time I visited so I've had it printed and framed. It arrived today.

I can't see anything other than a labour landslide next election. Whether labour can improve things is another question.

Okay, an update happened.
The bike cleared UK Customs at 01:00 this morning so is now at the UK Distribution centre, it might make the Friday delivery to the dealer but will probably be next week so I paid the balance of the deposit which should make the paperwork smooth once it get's here.

Bloke I travelled to work with from Sydney just went down with COVID. I have to RAT test every day for the next week. Was a chick in front of him on one of the flights coughing her lungs up, I was 4 rows away, so fingers crossed.

... 1300 is a bit lighter and easier to lift off the stand but I remember the chocolate camshafts and electrical oddity's on the early 1250's... My next bike may be a 1300GS but I will let them work the bugs out of it first, it is an all new bike.

And the final piece of the settlement, the £500 excess rebait has been approved so I should see that in the next 10-14 days, the Email from them for my details got filtered into the junk folder so I'm glad I found that one... Just need the new bike now, no ...

... any of the 2024 bikes in yet. I'm still very tempted, but something I'd not considered is I don't have a garage anymore and probably won't in the next 12 months unless there is a housing price and interest rate crash. My man flat has off-road parking, but I'm not sure I'd want to leave a 10k bike ...
