Its a day off so I will get the bike out later, just done the insurance for another year for £150 less than my renewal quote, couple of errands to run then some gardening... So much for a lazy day...

Re: Whiplash Claims

... don't claimants have to sign a document about "full & final settlement"? Not good if the injury comes back to haunt you in later years. As for the Reporting Specialist/ Treament Specialist regs, it'll just end up with two "Specialists" pairing up and tag teaming claimants ...

Re: Whiplash Claims

It's not the norm, only a couple did it. It made commerical sense. £1000 to get rid of it or £5,000 to argue it?

Whiplash costs us around £80 each year on our premiums.

The Insurance companies weren't to blame for the government bringing in No Win No Fee.

Re: sleep

Do you do any exercise? Just asking as at the beginning of the year we had a stay active challenge when we had one of those motion monitors, which collected points the more you exercised moved. My sleep was much better with just working the dog for an hour on a night time.

Re: Steering Dampers

What year Blade is it?

A few of them have an electric one which is barely noticeable at low speeds.

Which is why you didn't know it was there (giggle)

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Just booked it in for the 6K service and pair of tyres, I had a think and with the extra mileage I want to do next year I went for the cheaper Z8, it's hard to find any bad reviews on those and they will be more than grippy enough for my riding even if i get to the Isle of man :) ...

Political Party Conferences

... we're all much better off. Perhaps he can take a look at my bank statement and point out where this extra money is? Bunch of tossers on £70k a year plus expenses and they're telling us we're all much better off. Shoot the bloody lot of them and start again.

Re: Provisional 2015 MotoGP dates

I talked to a couple at Silverstone Day of Champions who reckoned Sachsenring is very good. They have been to loads of foreign Motogp races.

However i have checked up on Google maps and its on the Czech border still a two day run from Calais so probably a no-go next year.
