Re: 2019 Biking plans

My biking plans for this year are just hoping to be able to ride confidently again on both bikes. If My body is good enough to manage a weekend away with Jess on the back before years end it'll be a win in my books.

Re: 2019 Biking plans

I'd like to go to the IOM but during the Manx/Classic or for practice week. Plus the mountain is better as it's one way. I'll know what time i have later this year.

Re: 2019 Biking plans

Yes depending on dates I would be interested.

It's been too long and I fancy a good thrash over the Mountain, I still remember the first year chasing you over the top on a 600rr Repsol and you launching engine mouting bolts at me (rock)

Re: The new improved fitness thread

After some time off I will be back at it tomorrow, after a year of 2-3 sessions a week and a heavily revised diet I lost very little from my gut so I will be trying to concentrate on that as I'm too cheap to buy new bike trousers :D

Re: The dark side of the moon

the moon is drifting away from the Earth at 4cm a year , as its gravitational pull decreases the Earths rotation will slow , but it's more likely we will hit the Andromeda Galaxy way before it becomes an issue .

Re: What are you doing today ??

I’ve haven’t owned an SUV either, however it may well be our next car. Mrs Gee is the primary driver, and after driving a people carrier for years, going to our Golf was a shock, initially due to the extra tech, but then the driving position. It seems she, like a lot of her friends prefers a ...

Re: Michael Dunlop Racing

Road racing will be quite different this year I imagine .

There will be a few missing for various reasons.

Martin Jessup has announced he's not racing this week.

Strange but the one I thought would die is MD.

Re: The dark side of the moon

Everything about the Earth's rotation/orbit/length-of-a-day, etc. is constantly changing, that's just the natural state of affairs. But it's so slow that it's not really worth bothering with....it's probably milliseconds per year...or even per century, so not really worth worrying about. Ever.
