... they will not remove any parts which need tools, so I'm in for a 6 hour round trip to go and remove them myself as I am allowed to do that... Next Monday then, early start to Newbury and home by lunch time hopefully, get some sleep then go to work. (y)

... packaging...if it's not already there (????) The waste should be McDonalds problem, not the local councils. Maybe give people a reduction on their next visit if they return the packaging for recycling.

Yoghurt, walnuts and honey. I'm on a fasting diet with a bit of keto thrown in, only eating between 1pm and 8pm.

I've lost 1.7 kg in 8 days, so will hopefully be able to fit in my leathers by this time next week.
