I'm out for a Korean meal this evening. I won't be fitting in to anything tomorrow

Yoghurt, walnuts and honey. I'm on a fasting diet with a bit of keto thrown in, only eating between 1pm and 8pm.

I've lost 1.7 kg in 8 days, so will hopefully be able to fit in my leathers by this time next week.
