Re: Kwacky's ongoing M7rr Metzeler review

Good write up Kwacky and enjoyed reading it sounds like a very good road tyre. I thought the comment on the carcass feeling soft was interesting as from personal experience I have always found the same with Pirelli and Metzler tyre's which is a trait I like but previous comments had suggested this m...

Re: Stew's painfully slow Z650 project

No problem Stew glad he had something you liked. There not as local as Kais but no a million miles away over in York. When he did my forks I dropped them off with him and went into York for some lunch for a couple of hours and then collected them a couple of hours later. He even charged me less than...

Re: A537 Cat and Fiddle Bike Crash

No I could either mate.

I was talking to a guy at the MOT place the other day and he listed of about 8 offences he was being charged with, stuff like, dangerous driving, endangering other road users, not taking due care and attention.....not sure on the facts but sounded like he was facing prison

A537 Cat and Fiddle Bike Crash

There's a youtube clip doing the rounds on the tinterweb showing a crash on the Cat&Fiddle which I guess most people have seen.

I heard the other day the Police were throwing the book at him. Has anyone else heard anymore on the story ?

Re: Stew's painfully slow Z650 project

Don't talk to me about Kais. And you always spoke so highly of them in the past :x ;) All joking a side too many horror story's come out of that place and some of the things you told me were shocking. @Stew - FYI I got a really good service from Reactive suspension over near York. Gareth is extreme...

Re: TT TV Schedule

I was reading about McGuinness s in Performance Bikes mag last night and he says he's not 100% sure he can ride yet due to the injuries he sustained in his off road crash a few months back. Rather strangely I read the opposite in that he would definitely be riding and didn't expect the injury to ha...

Re: Stew's painfully slow Z650 project

TBH I can't say that I m that surprised about your comment in relation to Kais as I've heard many horror story's over the years about them.

What exactly did you find unsatisfactory out of interest ?

Re: Halal meat

Personally I don't give a flying funk about the religion aspect. People can do all the chanting & crap the want, if that's what turns them on. I won't effect the food one dot IMHO. However I really do resent any suffering that is resultant from such outmoded activities. I agree with you. I pers...
