Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

It was pretty dark this morning. This time of year isn't great for being on two wheels, Cold wet roads covered in leaves, dark roads, drivers with fogged up windows. There's a lot to deal with.

Re: Brexit Round 2

The PM should call a general election so she can get the majority she needs to ensure that the passage of Brexit is smooth.

Recruitment for the army was sold off to Capita.

They hit 10% of the last recruitment target they were given.

Re: Audi e-tron - the future

Whilst the production of the electricity may not be green it does cut down on pollution because it's not dumping more crap into the air. Most cars are driven for very short journeys in crowded areas.

I dread to think what my lungs look like from breathing in car fumes commuting to work.

Re: Audi e-tron - the future

In the past parents have moaned about kids spending too much time listening to music, or watching too much TV, or spending too long with their games consoles or doing too much on their computers. Now it's phones. Going on what I see on our roads every day there isn't much evidence of intelligence go...

Re: Audi e-tron - the future

I think we need to convince the over 40s more than anyone else that they really do not need to be in control of their cars. Do that and you'll win the war for driverless cars.

Re: Brexit Round 2

Hmmm, I can't see it. I hope I'm wrong but May is struggling to keep it together. If she delays it'll all fall apart and we'll crash into a no-deal brexit (which we appear to be doing anyway). Delay will allow the Remainers time to gather the evidence needed to show that the referendum was a sham fo...
