Re: Weekend plans

Quiet night in with Mrs nutz tonight. Nice meal and a bottle of fizz.

Not sure on the rest of the weekend. I've also got to go running, got a 10k race on Wednesday and only about 10 weeks until Basingstoke half marathon (worried)

Weekend plans

So what are you all up to?

Out for a balti tonight with perkles.

Then if the weather behaves on Saturday an early morning run.

No plans for Sunday. Both bikes need a good clean and the ninja needs some more work doing to it.

Re: tyre repair kit

My underseat is pretty tight also Rossgo. I stripped my kit down to bare essentials and had to unpack it and just squeeze individual items in nooks and crannies but it went in there and proved it's worth last weekend.

Re: 1st August - Saturday morning ride out

I'm unable to make any ride out this weekend also. First unsure how my back will feel and secondly unsure how my body would feel after my partner beats me up for leaving g her on one of her weekends off [emoji1]

Re: Weekend plans

Funnily enough it's not hard, I've known plenty to be written off over the years due to fire damage, several to be tipped over whilst erected (wrecking the boom) and half a dozen where they've rolled or run off a road which can twist or bend major components due to the weights involved, despite the ...

Yup it was paid for only a week ago at over £750k, for legal reasons I can't be too specific, but it was this kind of thing.

Re: Weekend plans

I tend to go fresh lime with gin but Hendricks as you obviously know cries for cucumber! Cucumber is better imho, but the best improvement is to be made by using "Fever Tree" tonic (and not the diet stuff either), by far the best tonic on the market and works brilliantly with Hendricks, A...

Re: What are you doing today ??

Theres a fair list of things to do today, but mostly I'm packing and getting sorted for a week in Germany and I fly out tomorrow lunchtime, this is the fourth one day weekend I've had on the bounce, and like Kwacky I'm relishing the prospect of a holiday in a few weeks time.
