Re: What are you doing today ??

Off to the Newbury country show today. First year dogs are allowed to enter the show. Haven't been for 3 or 4 years but it's a good day. Dog shows, horse shows, car or motorcycle stunt shows, fresh food, dog accessory stalls etc.

Re: What you watching?

The "new one" I guess??

Godzilla is battling some humongous bat-looking creature carrying radioactive eggs (!!??).

It figures that after millions of years in cryo-stasis, two giant monsters would show up at the same time, in the same place.

Re: What you watching?

Have a look at “The New Jackals” by Simon Reeve, this book was researched, written and printed years before 9/11 and predicted another larger attack on the WTC and the rise and rise of another level of terrorism. I was listening to an interview with the author this morning ...

Cannabis clubs and the Police

... with these clubs, which seems sensible. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-45288789 I do think we'll see a gradual change in policy over the next 10 years with it being licenced and sold in approved shops.

Re: Blades Scalpel

... far from it I bought the 675 as I'm very rusty on track. I had a slide not because I'm a talented rider but because the tyres in the 675 are 5 years old in manufacture, 10 years old in design and never were cutting edge in there day. Basically the tyre slid as it's shite and it was cold so ...

Re: Mr Postman

Halfords are great tools but one thing that is worth the money is a wobble head ratchet, my snap-on one is 18 years old now and still works like day 1 and has had some abuse over the years. Like this one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Snap-On-3-8-Dr-Chrome-F74B-Swivel-Head-Ratchet/332795389956?hash=item4d7c26a804:g:IzwAAOSw-WFaoYXe. ...

Re: IoM hopping mad?

Rather one of those than a deer, I think.....but either could ruin your day if it was big enough. That little fawn I hit years ago just exploded on impact ....but that was a tiny fcuker. Barely cracked the left side lower. Frickin' leg was killing afterwards.
