Re: Panigale V4S test ride

Great review Duke, you should move into bike sales.

Re: Panigale V4S test ride

If it's quicker than a 1299 it must be insane :P

A 1299 is by far the quickest bike I've ridden and genuinely scary quick.

Tbh anything that can make a 185bhp zx10r seem sensible is off the scale imo so to better that is just bonkers (rock)

Re: Panigale V4S test ride

Nice one Duke. You beat me to it got one booked out next week.

How did it compare to a 1299??? Could well be my next bike if not an R1M.

I've got a few more years of sportsbiking in me yet :P although maybe not many and have also booked a Mulit1260 test ride (y)

Re: Speeding charges dropped against 4 bikers

Anyway I guess the agreed opinion is don't do, its not acceptable but at some point we've all done it and learned from the experience. Not what I said at all. Your question was ‘do you consider it dangeous’ And my opinion was yes I consider it dangerous to an extend because regardless of the risk m...

Re: Rossgo's Rear Brake

I have been using SBS RS pads for a few years. There good but just fitted a pair on my current bike and can't say they are an improvement over the Brembo Sintered OEM pads tbh. The SBS RS were an improvement over the OEM pad on the Blade and Zx10r I previously owned so maybe the OEM spec pad in the ...

Re: Speeding charges dropped against 4 bikers

Agreed but getting out of bed presents a risk. Getting on a bike presents a risk. Life is risk. Risk awareness and acceptance is a very personal thing based on your personal knowledge and experience on a subject. Anyway I guess the agreed opinion is don't do, its not acceptable but at some point we'...

Re: Speeding charges dropped against 4 bikers

So how many people being honest have legally done 140mph on the IOM?

I will own up and say yes, in what I deemed to be a safe and legal environment

It's legal on the IOM.

Would be interesting to see their RTA rates compared to the mainland.

Re: Oil change procedure on Panigale V4

I don't think it is to be honest Rossgo. The only addition really is the weighing of oil. I've never gone to the length of weighing oil but I have always measured how much I got out and put slightly less in, then topped up in a controlled manner. Just methodical and good practice imo. I always keep ...
