Re: Rossgo's Test Day

Well-done mate, you've worked hard and earned that..

Having passed the iam myself a few years back, and having ridden with you, there was never any doubt.

As a side note, where is hanger cafe? Is that popham airfield?

Re: What are you doing today ??

... even many die hard ducati fans admitted it and sold them on ,it will be good to see JB in WSB but I wish it would have been the R1 given he had a years development on it.At least he could have given the kwaks a run for their money but I cant see anything coming close to them this year I rode with ...

Re: What are you doing today ??

... my pay rise to pay the finance. But from a max valve for money a low mileage 2010/2011/2012 for 4 to 5k is hard to argue with. I could sell it 3 years later and still get 3k plus for it.

Re: Feels strange

Good luck with the new venture.

I tend to move jobs every 5 or 6 years. My old man left school and worked for the same company all of his life, from apprentice to director. I think those days are pretty much gone.

Feels strange

After 7 years at my current firm, today is my last day. At a bit of a loose end really as I can't do anything.

Just looking forward to the new challenge ahead.

Re: Half Shell Helmets

My mate bought a Shark lid a few years back and it was honestly one of the most poorly constructed helmets I have ever encountered. From a reputable dealer, too, who then had all sorts of problems getting a replacement. They ended up just ...

Don't get me wrong Duke I'm really chuffed for him and hate to be negative, but these "loans" 10 years from now will be just like the 40% tax. Envisaged for the rich and then brought to the masses I'm not disagreeing with you, mate. To an extent the tuition should ...

Re: Chain mileage

My ER6 did 16k before I changed them. The R1 was done at 9,500 (but it was 5.5 years old at the time). I think the VFR800 was at about 13.5 when it was done. And the Varadero had one last year at 17.5. I wasn't aware that there was any hard and fast rules, tbh. ...

It's just 3 years old and with 30k on the clock so although not quite new it feels and looks like it me. She's got all the options I wanted and in the right colour ...
