We have a new chef on in the galley, my god he's good! I'm going to get so fat this swing.
Deep fried battered bananas and caramel icecream for afternoon smoko today
Then the tenderest roast beef I've had in years tonight with roast spuds vege and gravy.

... not in this part of it. Some British Police are armed...but very few. Airport....VIP duties. etc. Me old Dad was telling me about one incident years ago when a weapon was issued to an officer guarding a foreign dignitary. But no bullets. Figures.

Anniversary tomorrow.
12 years, stuck together like glue apart from a couple of "holidays" at Her Majesty's request.
Still going strong.
Off to Trentham Gardens for the day with the kids to do a barefoot adventure trail.

With moving house, the baby and a few other costs, I can't see it being replaced anytime soon. I still owe 2 more years on finance. Luckily I still love the bike and find it does everything I need. The engine covers and casing itself is a bit ropey in places so I might keep my ...

For me its got character if it can still start every morning and not fall apart with 2 years of road grime, abuse and shit cacked all over it. That's real character.

Summer is ALWAYS here. Torrential sun gets tiresome after a few years. Luckily for me I'm stuck at home dog-sitting a hound the size of a frickin' T-rex for a few hours. Worse than looking after a baby. I'd have a dog over a baby any day. Dogs are great. ...

I'd take it for a spin.... IMO, if you like cars then owning an Alfa is a must. I had a GTV for about 5 years, it covered the most enjoyable motoring i'd ever had to some of the most expensive. It was only the humble 2 litre engine, but once you worked out how to keep it wound ...
