... Just take what you need in any combination as they all strap together. As Cav says, not cheap but they're bullet proof. My Kreiga rucksack is 10 years old and still looks brand new. Was saying that to the mrs earlier, I have a kreiga backpack i use EVERY day, and ita still like new after 3 years ...

Another one here for the Kreiga tail packs, I've got a 30, two 20s and a 10. Just take what you need in any combination as they all strap together. As Cav says, not cheap but they're bullet proof. My Kreiga rucksack is 10 years old and still looks brand new.

It's what I've used for years on off road bikes and I like it that I can choose the strength .... too strong and it does effect anodised parts though .. hey-ho , silver bling is better than no bling I suppose ?

... Haven't had a gait analysis but I think it's about time I did to be honest. But with you on the insoles, I have been using them for the last few years, actually due for replacement! I changed to a lighter style of work boot too.

Not that I've run for about two years now but I'm a terrible heel striker so that's my main consideration with shoes. Haven't heard of double skin socks and the ones I use are pretty comfy.
