... good. I clean the chain every month or so (or when it looks dirty) and lube 2-3 times before cleaning. I think I've had the same chain for 2 or 3 years now and it's not needed adjusting in at least 1 year

It's clear to me the 2-year stipulation was intended to make it highly unlikely for anyone to leave.

Also, not understanding it greatly, I don't understand why Europe are making it so hard for someone to leave.

Prices in my area took a big drop this time last year which is why we hurried to get a place in March just as prices started to rise. Our home would have been £195k a year previous to our offer being accepted, not the £178k we paid

... not to the 11% financial advisers seem fixated on. My mortgage is up for renewal in 2019 so I will see what's arround then. If I can get a 2% 5-year fixed then I will definitely be doing that but I doubt it will be an option and everything will be going back to tracker mortgages Don't be so ...

... it. I can't justify a third bike though and not ready to give up the other two yet. The real appeal to me is to be able to keep riding for fun all year round.

We lost someone we knew to the same thing last year - 39.

With all the addictions these days, alcohol doesn't seem to get the bad press it used to. Very addictive beyond a certain point :(

I unfortunatley missed tbe race coz my recording cut out coz we had a power cut but silver lining i wnetered no limits predict the podium for a free uk ttwck day of my choice next year and was 1 of 2 people that got it correct and was 1st so hoping that means I have won a nice day out next year haha
