Re: Breakfast at Lucy's - Sun 24th

Really enjoyed the run out today, great to catch up and enjoy some sunny dry roads. Let's hope this is the first of some really good meetups this year. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190324/44c68cb36d4b377944335b05a00991c1.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190324/fd90613ffb37ece74ebd9455d37d344b.jpg

Re: Nutz's VFR 800

First time out with the bike for play time. Wasn't really sure how well a 17 year old bike would fair amoungst the modern monsters. But I shouldn't have worried, it kept its head held high and hustled along with the rest of them. You can feel the weight of the ...

Re: Spring

... Big Mac, would they?? Or yesterday's Quarter-Pounder..? Or yesterday's "Royale w/cheese"?? Lolz. Let's say a packet of crisps has a one year date on it. They are just guaranteeing that 1 year as it will stay fresh but I would guess a month afterwards it would still be absolutely fine ...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?

Re: Brexit Round 2

So the EU have said no to a short extension but they've got no problem with a 2 year extension.

A 2 year extension means we have to be involved in the EU elections.

It also means May has to (finally) stand by what she's said and resign. Or we go no deal.

Re: enjoying riding?

... than happy to be on two wheels rather than 4. I think when the sun is out, the roads are dry and we start posting up some more rides, (unlike last year) everyone's mojo might come back a bit more. Like Mick I do enjoy my morning hikes, out with the camera early doors, however a little spin out ...

I was going to book the Versys in with All Year Biker, but the guy in Hinckley has had to give it up due to work.

Re: BSB testing

Don't they think the Ducati was the best bike last season too? You can't do anything but admire Ducati.. for the last couple of years they've done nothing but think outside the box and it's paying off. If Dovi doesn't win this year I don't think he ever will - this is his best opportunity. ...

Re: Spring

You're kidding? There's over 300,000 tonnes of food thrown away by our supermarkers each year. Then we consumers thrown away even more, We buy stuff we don't need. It's incredibly wasteful, expensive and damaging. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/foodforlondon/revealed-the-full-scale-of-supermarket-waste-a3348381.html ...

It's that time of year where the sun is blinding you, it's freezing cold and there are sudden bursts of rain.
