... excess on home contents policy? And it would count as a claim on your house policy if you did have to claim, resulting in a increase the next year? I have claimed twice (albeit a few years ago) and my premium went up by about £3. It seems that the way claims are recorded for contents/building ...

... thread! Taking out the battery I noticed some rust. There are bits of it all over the bike that I need to address (a legacy from it spending 3 years not in a garage), so I thought today was as good a day as any to have a crack. Underneath the seat there's a sort of strut, I think it provides ...

... and 33 in the rear! Yep that would fook it up especially at the front and explain the poor feeling on corner entry. Set them 34/38 this time of year and put the suspension back to stock and I'm sure it will transform things as they are a great handling bike even as stock without any tinkering.

... Not sure about the front end yet, brakes lovely but feels a bit weird/vague tipping in. Hard to say yet as I've not ridden a bike for nearly two years and only done about 60 miss daisy miles today. It's in mint condition for a 6 year old bike, clearly been looked after. The headers look like ...

At least it isn't like a Suzuki where you have to have the clutch in to start it. you do on the Daytona 600 too. I hadn't started it in about a year and tried, wouldn't start. Checked the whole electrical system, pulled the starter switch apart and cleaned it (known problem) tested the relay. ...

... the front is. Having the oil changed and the plugs and filters done too, cos why not whilst it's there? Easier than me disposing of the filthy, 2 year old oil. Sunday, some footie matches with the lads round. Oh, and I'm on call all weekend, so all of that is paid. Yay.

Re: Bike Insurance
I always get joke like prices from Aviva. £3500 to insure my car, for example. What, did I go to sleep and wake up a 21 year old trying to insure a Fiesta ST? My car's with Direct Line, who aren't necessarily the cheapest, but I've had pretty good support from in the past. R1 and Harley ...
