Re: What do you want to vent about today?

... I'm just going to have to suck it up and desk with it unfortunately. Comes with the high mileage territory. I was planning on selling the BMW this year, so that's just going to happen sooner rather than later, I also won't replace it for a bit.

Re: What do you want to vent about today?

I've just had a quick scan through the people that work there.. there appears to be a director in her late 20s or very early 30s. She must be incredibly talented. Next youngest looks in their 40s. And they also employ a 12 year old boy.

Re: Cheap commuter hack

Looking at the photos it's hard to believe it's a 17 year old bike as looks in great condition. Nice one mate, enjoy the ride to work (y)

Re: Cav's Workshop

Thank you both.. actually made me well up a little. Everything continues to be a huge challenge at the minute and words like that help.

I'm massively proud of my achievements and I cannot wait for uni to be done for the year so I can jump fully into finishing the workshop and garden.

Re: Cheap commuter hack

... even consider the colour. HiVis isn't worth the money IMO. I had a conversation with a friend who commuted round the M25 in the dark most of the year. His opinion was that of they can't see 200kg of plastic and metal with lights on, topped off with 100kg of meat and goretex the a tiny bit of ...

Re: 2019 Biking plans

Scotland Trip up to as far north as Fort William/ Lochness then back down Hoping to do the NC 500 this year, as well as Skye and Shetland. If you’re coming as far as Fort William, try and make time to head to Mallaig and/or Applecross - truly stunning roads and scenery. Sent ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Had Tracker fitted to AT this morning, hopefully not cause any issues with bike itself.

Fitted for free with only the £109 per year to pay so thought it was worth it.

Anyone any experience of it? Any issues?

Re: Mr Postman

... Not much to read in their anymore anyway IMHO. I think I posted it on the 765 thread but only 37,000 sportsbikes were sold in the world last year. It’s not a big market anymore especially if you think Honda sell 19 million two wheel vehicles last year.

Re: What are you doing today ??

I had similar looks when I jump started someone's car about a year ago. The people I helped were clueless - literally no idea you could do that, "but won't it damage my car?!"
