Re: What you watching?

Jack O'Connell??

Decent movie-ish kinda-sorta....I guess. Maybe.

I liked it but I didn't love it.....the lass who showed it to me had built-it-up a little bit too much beforehand...you know how when a film is never as good as the book?....sorta like that.

Re: What you watching?

Watching Unbroken with one of my favourite British actors. I always forget his name but he is such a good young actor think he will be one of those types who will be around for many years to come

Re: What you watching?

Haha!! I love it. I love how arrogant these people are. There s a bloke who earned 200K a year...but that's not good enough for him, I mean totally understand I wouldn't be happy with that little amount of money a year either, you can only by 2 Ferraris or a ...

Re: What are you doing today ??

it was Duke who talked about the lack of need to own one.

I'm surprised how many of the Tankslap twitter followers are against electric and driverless cars. No doubt they'll be ranting online as soon as the first driverless car hurts a pedestrian.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Arguing with people on twitter who insist that electric cars are "a non-starter". I'm trying to point out that we've already got them and that's the way the motor industry is going. Even if there is a revolutionary development ...

Re: Brexit Round 2

This could be the tip of a revolt. If those who don't support May can see her government can be defeated it may encourage others to go against her. Wishful thinking.? - As the democratic system seems to have been shanghaied by Career Politicians, ...

Re: Leather jacket cleaner ?

... as to what products best to use these days ? Don't know, but... ... when I went to the Bikeshow a few years ago there was a company there who were promoting a leather reconditioning balm. They had a team of (very (inlove) lovely) young ladies who were going round massaging the product ...

Seemed like a decent bloke who loved his job. He must have done something right as he was in the business for a long time.

Snow can have some benefits

Monster Truck. It's about a oil company who drilled through a water pocket miles underneath the surface and creatures come up through the gap. One escapes and finds a high school lad and they become friends!

Re: Cyclists

... the prowl for skirt. But it defo serves a purpose, and serves it well. Sadly, these days it also helps to add a bit of visual emphasis to anyone who might 'allegedly' have acquired a bit of a paunch. Or at least that's what I've heard.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Off to do a parkrun this morning in honour of a friend who passed away this week. I've run with him for about 3 years and he was an amazing runner who loved his park runs. Fit as a fiddle, but had a stroke last weekend. Not 100% sure how old he was, ...
