Re: getting that fix

You don't need much, I find putting it on a cloth and applying it that way means it lasts longer.

Nolan N87 Ongoing Review

... time today (the bike said 3 degrees brrrrr) after wearing it around the house for a bit as i don't like new lids digging in to my big bonce. Anyways, initial impressions of the lid are a very good quality construction. The rachet clip (i'm used to D fasteners) is easy enough to use, though my ...

Re: Leather jacket cleaner ?

... I remember seeing a bloke in a one piece being massaged by four of the little beauties, & judging by the look on his face he was well on the way to a happy ending.! They were selling loads of it too, because it genuinely seemed to spruce up the material that it was applied to. Anyway, I didn't ...

Re: What you watching?

BBC.

They're advertising televized darts.

For the life of me I can't think of anything worse I could be watching. I think I'll go to the dentists & get a root canal instead...it'll be WAY more fun

Re: iron Butt? No Way

got some impact shorts but yet to try them out - thick snow here. (wait) I "don't know if " I've mentioned this before mate, but in my unbiased opinion all your problems are easily resolved. It's just you're looking at the problems from the wrong perspective.? : https://pictures.topspeed....

Re: End of days

unfortunately NZ had always been plagued by earthquakes, and one day the dice will roll the wrong way. I experienced some big ones in my time on the shaky isle, the worst one I was in the sports field at school and watched a wave rolled ...

I dream of an all day comfortable bike :) .. I'm on seat number 3 on the 950 Sm and whilst number 2 & 3 are an improvement over the standard seat none of them are all day comfortable ;(

Re: iron Butt? No Way

You beat me to it scruff, I had an early Tuono and that was iron butt territory after a hundred miles, it needed fuel then, but the day longer the day the more uncomfortable it was. My Mrs got me some of those impact shorts and they do work. Mind you the MT10 is all day comfortable, fuel stops are o...

Re: Police Motorcyclist Killed in RTA

I deal with serious and fatal accidents. Speed is not always the reason for a death. There are a number of factors. I've seen incidents with a bike destroyed and the biker walking way, and sadly I've dealt with cases where it has been the other way around. ...

Re: Police Motorcyclist Killed in RTA

very sorry for your loss TC. incidents like this make me re think motorcycling, is it worth it if trained/ experienced riders can be killed in this way? of course I won't give up but nevertheless it puts the wind up, unfortunately it's not just me, our boy has a couple of bikes too, no doubt influenced ...

Re: Brexit Round 2

... unintelligent but I know squat about global economics, customs unions, EU regulation and trade deals. I'm not qualified to make a decision either way as to what would be best for Britain. It seems only the stupid have such high levels of clarity on the subject.

Re: Brexit Round 2

No one thought it through. There was way too much confidence in the remain vote, so much so that many remainers didn't bother to vote and no one prepared the figures should the vote go for exit.
