Re: The world can be a beautiful place

... imagines a full belly of antelope. Scopes the plains and evaluates I’d options. Questions himself on wether the closer but smaller animal is the way to go or should he travel further to get the big fat arsed one. Just because it’s done different to us doesn’t mean it’s not done. Difference is ...

Re: Bert and Ernie aren't gay

There is no way they are gay, have you seen there eyebrows? No manscaping going on there and I’ve never once seen them have a soy mocha latte.

Re: Was given some good advice this morning

I found out the hard way that blood pressure drops (and veins collapse) if we aren’t properly hydrated. (blush)
Fwiw if you stand up and get a “head rush” you may well need fluid to help bolster your blood pressure.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Riding home and noticed that the traffic was backing up on the motorway. As I filtered to the front I saw one car face first in the crash barrier and another car 20 yards way with smoke coming out of it. I parked the bike after the car furthest away and went ...

Re: Quickshifter Recommendations

... so i didn't fancy taking any risks so took it easy. But doesn't mean i didn't try the QS out in the higher rev range! I managed to use it all the way up to 6th and saw a silly speed (on a private road of course) so decided I'd best roll off the throttle! It's insanly quick, I'm used to clutchless ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Still route finding. Took another way to the motorway. Great little roads but they're going to be shitty from late autumn with leaves. I suspect they'll be pretty bad with frost as well in winter.

Only 40 minutes this morning to do the 35 miles to work. Not back going.

Looking likely she’ll want to remove the disc and fuse, then when I’ve recovered from that do another MRI and with the swelling and stenosis ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

It's not too dissimilar to the old one. I still use the same motorway, but I join it a junction sooner and it's a lot quicker to get to from my old house, which took me through a lot of busy residential roads. I'm going to have a play on the way home and ...

Re: Brexit Round 2

Popped over for an hour

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-45509697

Imagine coming all the way from Russia on the recommendation of a friend to see Salisbury and only spending an hour there.

The guy on the left looks very nervous to me.
