Some electrical connectors and ear phones since my old sennheiser ones broke, same again as they sounded way better than the ones that came with my phone.

... Just a QS. It does work going down the box, but with the amount of engine braking it's not good. TBH I enjoy throttle blipping the old fashioned way, while a blipper is good it takes away the reward of a perfect gear change.

The way I have to look at is, at 60mph it's 1 minute per mile therefore the true cost is 1 minute of smiling per mile = priceless (lol)

Club run last night. 25/25.

Choose a pace and run out for 25 mins, then turn round and run back faster. Ran with a mate of mine and we did 8:30's out and 8's on the way back, we nailed the pacing perfectly.

... is harsh given mitigating factors, but they are contractors and the contract force is getting stripped as we run down to end of field life. Easy way to whittle a couple of numbers.

Another option is Orleans first night - two nights in Dijon and playing on the bikes in the Morvan area. Then next day wherever ( Le Mans?) on the way back. I'd be happier with that as i can stay with you longer, purely a selfish attitude but with that i could do 4 nights. Thing is, there is so ...
