Re: What do you want to vent about today?

Mortgages for first time buyers are very hard to come by.

If you haven't already, I would recommend you try a mortgage broker.

HSBC are one of the hardest to convince to lend anyone money. When everyone else was bending the rules they carried on doing things the right way.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Ouch, sounds like you've got a course of antibiotics coming your way Kiwi, probably a pretty heavy one if you're to have any chance of making the chopper.

Here in Blighty I've almost filled a 3 cu yd skip with flat pack furniture and junk, but have only got about a third of what's to go.

Re: Helmet recommendations

With my AGV you have to wear it with the chin piece a little higher. It's designed to work that way so it's right in a race crouch. Push the chin bar up slightly before you do it up. Have a look at how Guy Martin wears his. Why would anyone design a helmet like This!!! ...

Re: Battery Concerns

That's not promising. A battery shouldn't flatten that quick. I know the older alarms would drain it but I'm sure from memory mine would take a few weeks to be low so there's no way just your clock would do anything like that.

Re: Nutz's 990 Superduke

... the M5's are the best tyre i've had on mine so far, so i imagine the M7's will serve you well too. You can get a slower action throttle, which is way better - especially for town. I have one on mine as they all come with an on/off switch throttle - this is great for the first few rides (and wheelies) ...
