Re: The new improved fitness thread

11 and a bit mile run round the local Portugal trails and roads. Not sure that there wasn't some trespassing involved going through vin yards and orange groves, but it was a lovely run.

Re: TT 2018 Thread

MD eill dominate on the BMW. 134 lap definitely on the cards.

Can't see hillier doing anything. Quick but been there years and not getting any quicker. I think he has peaked as a nearly man.

Hicky is MD main and probably only threat IMO.

Would love to See Gary Johnson do well. Top Bloke

Yes , he is riding the Norton .

Hicky is on a Triumph 675 for the supersport , I think he should win that .
Hillier for the superstock
Dunlop for the senior and Superbike
Birchalls for the sidecars
Jessop for the lightweight

Re: TT 2018 Thread

MD will be in the mix as usual, so looks like he will add to his tally of wins, hopefully, Hicky, Hiller, Harrison and co will take the fight to him, each of them are due something big, even Norton could bag a podium with how it has been making steady progress the last couple of years. Hope they all...

TT 2018 Thread

It starts tonight with practice - seems to be more practice this year too. I do think MD will be very difficult to beat. Hutchy was off the pace at the NW200, McGuiness out. My hope is that Hickman and Hillier step up. My biggest wish would be for Rutter to win - he's local to where i lived as a kid...

Re: Mr Postman

... had them as well on his Duke! Let us know how you get on with them. I bought the M7RR after reading and following Kwacky so a good 'Live with' thread is the way forward and gives it a good all round view of what they are like Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Re: Kwacky's ongoing M7rr Metzeler review

Blimey. I started this thread 4 years ago and these tyres are still doing really well in road tests. Looks like Metz got it right first time. And 4 years ago I switched to m7's and have never used anything else on a road bike. Was also ...

Muscle ups / Dips / Handstand Push ups until positive failure for each superset with shuttle sprints.

I managed 30 minutes before I was feeling feint and packed it in to water my lawn

You'll have to do a new bike thread when you pick it up. A comparison between the two bikes would be good.
