I finished a session today went to subway ate a a massive tuna salad and got home changed quickly then did a 2 hour bike ride,oxygen gives you energy if nothing else

He seems happy with it. I'd have done more planning in terms of alternative routes - the Alps can be very unpredictable.

Decided I have to do something, started looking for gym memberships but will have to wait until me and the mrs have a bit more disposable income thinking I might have to take up jogging or cycling to help, probably be a case of getting up early and going for runs I suppose

Another one here for the Kreiga tail packs, I've got a 30, two 20s and a 10. Just take what you need in any combination as they all strap together. As Cav says, not cheap but they're bullet proof. My Kreiga rucksack is 10 years old and still looks brand new. Was ...
