... the PS4, which strangely enough coincided with my forum activity taking a 100% dip, and did so for several weeks. Then Kwacky sent me a PM making sure all was well. It really warmed my cockles and encouraged me to get back onto the forum. Sadly, it wasn't long before saving the universe took hold ...

... I've run with him for about 3 years and he was an amazing runner who loved his park runs. Fit as a fiddle, but had a stroke last weekend. Not 100% sure how old he was, but I'm guessing late 40's early 50's. Just shows how precious life is and why we should enjoy every second we have.

... out on it. Like Kwacky, we do have an awful lot of kit, wet weather, dry weather, intermediate weather, boots galore, three helmets apiece Not to sure where that lot is going to live at Christmas when my Mum comes to stay for a few days...........

... he waits till after the op and gets a new lease on life. I would advise waiting until at least 6 months after the op before selling, I’m not quite sure your Dad understands the degree the new hip will give him his zest for life back, it’s a real before/after thing. (Or it was for me anyway!)
