Re: Quick question about michelins

... I used BT021’s and 023’s on the Daytona as I commuted a lot on it, and found the same Rossgo, very wooden. They gripped ok but crap feel. Im sure they would give good mileage. Also dont lile how it feels like you drop at the end of the tyre, never really had a problem using a lot of the tyre ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

... I have might have squeezed the brake too hard as I came up to the corner ( it felt I had done nothing different to previous laps but can't be 100%sure ) They have also checked the track at the crash point and couldn't see anything wrong with the surface, as Silverstone has been completely re surfaced. ...

Test ride day

... lazy sound of the boxer at odds with the acceleration and blurred scenery. Mid range punch is what this thing likes, with all that torque and the sure footed feel it fires out of corners, also a favorite passtime of the MT, however, the RS is low and long, no wheelies or fear of them so it just ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Rode it to the garage after work so that they can stick some new tyres on and MOT it tomorrow. First time I've ridden it this year. Wasn't sure where the garage was so I followed Mrs Itchy in the car. I'm glad I did as well as there were police parked up on the motorway, pointing at me as I ...

Re: KTM 790 Duke - Review

... Duke with the single cylinder is a brilliant bike - raw, light and good build quality. Even sitting on the 790 at the show i was disappointed. I'm sure it handles really well, but for the price the Triumph or the Yamaha MT09 would be a better ownership prospect.

Re: Syria, Immigrants and world politics.

... the above map you can see how critical it is for Syria to be "friendly" to both US and Russian interests , we seem to be trying to make sure that Syria is friendly to the US backed option by changing the regime to one that is amenable to the west , whereas Russia seems to have cultivated ...

Pretty sure it would’ve the last one you took. :D

The Italian reputation for surrender comes from a very divided Nation in WW2, same as France was.

Not sure many would have called the Roman Centurions cowards. Nor the French resistance or Napoleonic armies.
