The telephone calls I can understand, you get a lot more done in a call and its easier to make sure you're understood. Emails and text messages can be misread or misunderstood.
Photos should look professional and cars should be gleaming.

... for a day and observed I would be very surprised if more than 20% of the drivers followed the lanes round. Whenever I'm on the bike I have to make sure I get alongside the driver before he/she enters the roundabout otherwise I'm going to get cut up.

What's the point in that? Surely it's going to cost them more in the long run?
I had the AA sort out the electrics on the zx6r and that bloke was very good. He knew what he was doing and wasn't in a rush to clear off. He stayed around to make sure the problem was fixed.

Ive not heard about any troumph approved accessory invalidating warranty.
What i did find funny is that we give warranties on our spoked wheels but harley don't. Not sure about others.
