Re: Work/life balance

... used to. I'd see my Dad every weekend and it was awesome but I didn't feel any less about my Mum, it was just over a longer period of time. I'm sure they do appreciate everything you do for them.... even if they don't know they do. You do have to do what you feel is right.. for you. Obviously ...

Re: Work/life balance

... are 15 and 12. All they want is wifi and a phone charger. My daughter does about 20 hours of dance a week so I never see her. At the moment I make sure we haver a family film night on a Saturday but I suspect that will go out of the window once she's done her GCSEs and she wants to go out more. ...

Re: Milan Bike Show - a few thoughts

Good job it wasn't this weekend. It would have cost us 2% more.

The general consensus from speaking to others who have also been before is that the crowds were significantly higher on every single day. Not sure I would visit the show on a Saturday again.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Ha! Once again the motorways were crap so I had to ride the back roads in the dark. This time I didn't know the roads and I was hanging on to the back of cars to make sure I didn't fall off the road :D

Re: Brexit Round 2

... it would be an advisory referendum, not binding. If the UK public wanted out, then he would go back to the EU and ask for more changes to make sure the UK wanted to remain. The EU heard this and told him to feck off. That's when his hand was forced and it became a binding referendum. There's ...

Re: Triumph 1200 Scrambler

I liked the original Scrambler and I liked the 1200 Explorer/Tiger, not sure I like that though. :^

I’ve seen that tank before somewhere, an off-roader from the 60’s or 70’s iirc, but not surprising given the look that the stylists wanted I guess.
