Re: What are you doing today ??

bit disappointed to be back in the office today after a good day Friday drinking at the bike show with my buddy. Although the show itself was a little flat for me, nothing really wowed me, there wasn't a particularly stand out bike for me, I still like the same bikes I liked before haha

... not black and white. It's up to the examiner. I think if you're smooth and using the appropriate gear then it'll be fine. If he sees you using the same foot at every stop he may ask you to show to him/her that you can use the other one. You are right in what you say in that it is down to the discretion ...

It's not the same. When was the last time you heard of a pissed off teenager taking a claw hammer into a school and murdering and injuring dozens of school children? What is clear, as mentioned above, is there is a cultural issue ...

Computer characters in films

A good insight into one of the Blade Runner 2049 characters and how they made her look the same as in the 1982 film.

It's very hard to tell it's not a real person. Scary but ingenious.

Re: The family that control the world?

You're only worth what someone else is willing to pay....people vote with their wallets, and having a rockstar dustman is all well & good until paycheck time.

Either that, or someone else comes along who'll do the same job for less, and then Dusty is out of a job.

Weekend plans

... Then the usual ferry the kids about and I suspect I'll have to do some housework as our cleaner has sensibly decided to avoid our house today. The same for Sunday. I really do need to wash the 650, it's in a bit of a state. Sunday evening out with my brother for a meal and a catch up.
