Quick bike and once I put the suspension on its hardest setting handled well too.

Bloody good fun and can see why they embarrass sportsbikes on the road (happy)

Re: What are you doing today ??

We had a new Fireblade crashed at our local dealer just down the road a year or so back. Koads of photos pinging around on FB about it as it was brand spanking new. The guy who crashed it was commenting on all the photos saying it was slander and he will ...

Fatality at Southern 100

James Cowton had a fatal accident.

Ivan Lntin also critical.

It's not been a good year for the IOM and road racing in general.

Re: Yet another bike ...

... I think that's because it's easier to meter in the throttle. Also adjusted the rebound on the suspension it was very bouncy over any bumps in the road so soften off the rebound by a few clicks. It definitely feels more compliant over ruff road surfaces. Just need take it on some local roads to ...

Re: Panigale V4S test ride

... manner than the 1299 v twin but the way it accelerates is mind blowing. If I were on a position where I could buy one to use as the occasional road bike but more a track bike then it would be a no brainer. It is more than just the fastest accelerating bike out there. The grip is unbelievable. ...

Re: Panigale V4S test ride

Incredible. The sensible one in me thinks it shouldnt be legal tbh. How on earth that can be used in any big way on the road is beyond me.

Re: Panigale V4S test ride

Indeed. I wanted to try one but its way too much for road use.

Licence shredding doesn't even begin to describe it.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Yep, all of that makes sense. Sorry if I caused you problems with your riding :D Off road should be done by every biker IMO, you learn so much it's unbelievable and it gives you confidence on the road. I do the same as you when it comes to filtering up to the front ...

Re: Must be getting old

My problem with commuting on the bike is note the bike, I recon it would be awesome. I takes about 10 mins I get the kit on and the bike out on the road, is only a 20 min journey (probably less on the bike)

Makes more sense time wise to just use the car.
