... on the bike, been serviced and had the spring powder coated. He’s buying the maxton shock that I have taken off as well. Swapped the bodywork to road fairings, give it a bit of a clean in it’s stripped down state, get the new wheels on this week then hopefully sell it.

Re: Quickshifter Recommendations

Just my personal opinion Rossgo but I wouldnt use a QS at 30 and 40 in traffic.

Great kit for the road but more for caning it full throttle and flying up the box feeding it gears whilst holding her wide open .

Others will be different but that s the only time I use my QS.

Re: Mr Postman

4l of Motul's finest 10w60 oil which should be enough for 2 maybe 3 services on the 690.

A pack of 15mm olives ,some of which I'll be adding to the gear lever of the 690 to stop the bare aluminium marking non off road boots.

Re: KTM Duke 790

... have done something to the fireing order and made it like the Yamaha tdm which had if I remember rightly a 270 degree fireing order. From an off road perspective a wider motor is not something you want in deep ruts so it'll be interesting to see how narrow they've managed to make the crankcases.

Re: Stupid people showing off

I think you should add these stupid people who buy large cars in general, they have no idea how to drive them, keep them between the lines or even on the right side of the road.

If you have the money you can do what ever the hell you like it seems !
