Re: Nutz's VFR 800

Are you gonna keep an eye out for a cheap aftermarket set or are you not at all fussed?

It can be nice having a quiet exhaust but in the city I definitely prefer being heard by other road users from a safety point of view

Re: The new improved fitness thread

6.5 mile trail run last night, really wasn't in the mood but as I was leading I had to turn up. Fortunately there was only one other guy, and just a fortunately he was quick enough as well. We did the route in 1:08 which is pretty respectable fit a 10k, but then throw in some decent hills, ...

... that just make us want more and more, why is it I want more and more? I've travelled a bit (canada, Germany, Tunisia, Thailand and Dubai - and other places no need to list everywhere) less than some but more than others, seen some great views and seen some aweful ones as well, seen people literally ...

Re: Brexit Round 2

Just because there are two sides doesn't mean we want to hear it! (lol) Well, fwiw always I want to hear the other balancing view * I'm looking forward to the posts about all the new factories being opened post Brexit, and the rising global might of our tiny island, and the improved ...

Re: Brexit Round 2

Its not the sole reason but its a big part of it. Manufacturing in the UK and exporting to the EU or other countries where the EU has decent trade deals no longer makes financial sense post Brexit. I cannot imagine closing a complete factory is a decision taken very lightly ...

Re: What do you want to vent about today?

Get her to speak to the mortgage company and explain the situation to them.

The council tax is less of a worry as i don’t think the council can do anything other than take it to a magistrates court, at least that used to be the case. But again get her to explain the situation to them.

Ford have said today that a No Deal Brexit would be catastrophic for its UK business.

You can be pretty many other manufacturers are thinking the same.
