... most things bought in the UK are not made in the UK. Once the pound drops further it accelerates the inflationary pressure. The 70's was a great example of that. (sorry - i don't want interest rates to rise, but i'm a keen economist (but very amateur)).

... is booked in for a service this Friday so CN have agreed that DMC Kawasaki can assess it. I'll post some photos up in a bit. My bosses have been great, they keep telling me to go home. I might do that later on. I'm a bit of a mess at the moment.

Nailed an M4 and a single seater round Oulton Park. Brilliant day. M4 is big and heavy but quick. Single seater are great fun and like a cross between a go kart and a limpet but the limiter is set too early yiur boucning it off the thing for well over half a lap and the brakes are ...

Took the long way home and gave it a load of stick. Or as much stick as you can give a heavy 70kg bike. Had the front sliding a little bit on a few occasions, I think I'm a bit too quick in trying to change direction. Maybe I get a bit carried away. Still, it was a great way to end the working day.

Swimming is great! Perfect opportunity to relax and unwind from other stresses too. I can't wait for my knee to be better so I can start swimming again. This was the main thing that aided my cardio recovery. I'd do 100 lengths/hour ...

The myfitnesspal is a great way of keeping track of what you're eating. It shows you simple breakdowns of fats, carbs, proteins etc so you can adjust your diet accordingly. I used it for a week and it showed I was eating too much sugar ...

7 mile trail run by head torch, trail running in the dark is great fun.

Good news on the foot front, no pain for the first time in 3 or 4 weeks. Good job too as I've only got a couple of weeks until the marathon.
