A cockapoo .... my partner's choice but she and her family are asthma sufferers so the lack of shedding it's coat is a great benefit . After a life time of owning Staffordshire bull terriers myself the lack of weight and strength is going to take a bit of adjustment ]:)

Re: Pokemon Go

As for the coin stash, I've been caught out too many times before with the events having great sales on so I save them now. I could do with some incubators though, got a pile of 5kms I want rid of. Fortunately I can get up to 10km a day just sat at my desk thanks to weak GPS

Re: Brexit Round 2

... most things bought in the UK are not made in the UK. Once the pound drops further it accelerates the inflationary pressure. The 70's was a great example of that. (sorry - i don't want interest rates to rise, but i'm a keen economist (but very amateur)).

For fooks sake

... is booked in for a service this Friday so CN have agreed that DMC Kawasaki can assess it. I'll post some photos up in a bit. My bosses have been great, they keep telling me to go home. I might do that later on. I'm a bit of a mess at the moment.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Took the long way home and gave it a load of stick. Or as much stick as you can give a heavy 70kg bike. Had the front sliding a little bit on a few occasions, I think I'm a bit too quick in trying to change direction. Maybe I get a bit carried away. Still, it was a great way to end the working day.

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Swimming is great! Perfect opportunity to relax and unwind from other stresses too. I can't wait for my knee to be better so I can start swimming again. This was the main thing that aided my cardio recovery. I'd do 100 lengths/hour ...
